Our parish began in the early 1940's, and by 1947, a chapel and student center were erected. Today the parish is made up of around 800 families and is located next to the campus of Iowa State University. Students of the university are invited and welcomed to be part of the parish community. There is an estimate of around 7,000 Catholic students that attend the university. Our liturgies are vibrant and the community is welcoming. We have a mixture of voicing and instrumentation within our music ministry. There are three weekend liturgies and a fourth one on Sunday nights during the academic college year.
